We're here to help! About the Role We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to support the upkeep and presentation of our shopping centre grounds. The successful candidate will help maintain high standards across all landscaped and outdoor areas, ensuring the environment remains clean, attractive, and welcoming for visitors, tenants, and staff. This role is ideal for someone with practical grounds maintenance experience who takes pride in outdoor work and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Carry out regular weeding of flower beds, pathways, borders, and landscaped areas Cut and maintain grassed areas using appropriate grounds maintenance equipment Trim and shape hedges, shrubs, and bushes to maintain a neat appearance Remove green waste and keep external areas tidy and free from debris Inspect grounds for hazards or maintenance issues and report where necessary Operat
