Your attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and ability to motivate a team will contribute to the overall success of our facility service solutions.\nResponsibilities\nSupervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations\nTrain and onboard new cleaning staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge\nConduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and maintained using ABM’s digital cleaning process\nManage and maintain cleaning schedules and assignments\nProvide guidance and support to cleaning staff, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise\nMonitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed\nAdhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure staff compliance\nResponsible for making sure that there is a high level of health and safety “Good Catches”\nSupport the cleaning manager with ABM health and safety portal \nSupport the cleaning manager with ABM Human Resources Portal \nSupport with the site Time and Attendance process\nSupervise the ABM site digital checking process, making sure the team are adhering to the policy\nSupport the cleaning manager by attending client meetings/huddles\n Responsible for the operational requirements when the cleaning manager is on leave\nRequirements\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in a supervisory role within the commercial corporate cleaning environment, preferably within a blue-chip company, supervising large teams. \nStrong knowledge of office cleaning techniques, equipment, and products\nExcellent leadership and communication skills\nAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilities\nAttention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleaning standards\nKnowledge of health and safety regulations\nStrong information technology skills \n· Proven track record in dealing with high profile clients\n· Track record of supervising porter duties.
