We're here to help! Purpose: The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all PRM staff on shift, working with the Control Team and ensuring compliant use of systems to assist passengers. A direct oversight of the PRM ramp operation working in conjunction with other departments to ensure the overall on time performance of the operation. The Supervisor will work a shift pattern assisting Operations Managers in the running of the operation on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily activities to ensure a safe and efficient operation and prescribed customer service levels are met. Implement and maintain effective planning and allocation of resources. Manage all operational staff on shift to deliver a service consistent with Contract SLA’S.
