Our product, Postree (www.postree.io), powers ordering,\nmenus and bookings for restaurants across Ireland and the UK.\nWe're growing fast. We're not a body shop, we're not an outsourcing agency, and nobody here is a pair of hands executing someone else's idea.\nYou'll own problems, not tickets.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities -\nWe look after 200+ live restaurant websites, and that number climbs every month. So this isn't a job where you lovingly craft one site over six\nweeks. It's a job where you make 200 sites look sharp, load fast and stay consistent, and you do it by thinking in systems: reusable templates, global\nstyles, a section library you built once and now deploy everywhere.\nThis is a design role, not a coding role. You will not write custom themes. You will not build plugins from scratch. You'll live inside Elementor,\nGutenberg and Divi, and you'll push them well past their defaults with sharp custom CSS.\nWhat we're really hiring is your eye. A restaurant owner in Galway sends you a logo, some phone photos of their food and a vague idea. Two days\nlater there's a site that makes people hungry and makes them click \"Order Now\". That gap between the brief and the beautiful thing is the entire job.\nYou'll also talk to those restaurant owners yourself. Not through a project manager. Your English needs to be genuinely good, written and\nspoken. This one isn't flexible, and we'll test it.\nAnd we expect you to use AI properly. Claude, ChatGPT, image tools, the AI features baked into the builders. Not as a novelty. As the reason you\nRequirements\nNon-negotiable -\n3+ years building WordPress sites, at senior level.\nA portfolio of 20+ design-focused builds with live links. Range matters. Twenty versions of the same layout counts as one.\nExcellent written and spoken English. You'll write client emails with nobody reviewing them first.\nAdvanced Elementor: theme builder, global styles, templates, custom CSS inside the builderStrong CSS3 and HTML5. If the builder can't do it, you can.\n\nGutenberg blocks and patterns, plus Divi.\nReal experience running many sites at once - agency, multisite or portfolio.\nAI tools already in your daily workflow. \nBe ready to tell us which ones and what they actually saved you. \nWooCommerce, ACF, and the usual plugin ecosystem (forms, SEO, caching, security, backups) \nChrome DevTools and Query Monitor.\nResponsive, mobile-first, and you test on real devices.\nYou can juggle several projects without dropping one.\nNice to have -\nFigma, especially if you can make your own mock-ups and not just read them.\nLight JavaScript and jQuery.\nEnough PHP to read a snippet and debug a conflict (writing custom themes and plugins is not part of this job).\nCloudflare, managed WordPress hosting, WP Rocket or LiteSpeed.\nTechnical SEO, Analytics, Search Console.\nPhotoshop, Illustrator or Canva for quick asset work.\nRestaurant or hospitality sites.\nGDPR and cookie consent for EU clients.\nBenefits\nA young, sharp, friendly team that cares about quality.\nReal ownership. You design the solution, you work with stakeholders, you ship it.\nOverseas clients and overseas exposure.\nRecognition when you do good work, from people who can tell the difference.\nProvident Fund, insurance, and genuine room to grow.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3350,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Artificial Intelligence","Data & Analytics","LLM & Generative AI"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-20T07:20:34Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":27,"reasons":["conf:1","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-21T05:46:15Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/abmiro-senior-wordpress-designer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/abmiro-senior-wordpress-designer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-21T06:51:36Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":9673,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-22T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":4444093},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=4444093"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fabmiro-senior-wordpress-designer"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fabmiro-senior-wordpress-designer"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fabmiro-senior-wordpress-designer"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/abmiro-senior-wordpress-designer\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fabmiro-senior-wordpress-designer"}]}
