The integrity of the directors and the staff of the company have been a priceless contributive factor in the growth and wellbeing of the company.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Projects - Project Manager (Major Capital Projects) III\n\nLocation: Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Contract\n\nMain Functions\n\nResponsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and finalizing major capital projects (>500 M$) projects according to the specifications and deadlines, all while keeping the project within budget. Creates and reports project status and allocates resources as needed.\nCommunicates and interfaces with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.\nDefines project governance policies and manages the financial concerns.\nMay partner with external vendors based on the nature of the project.\nThis is a Senior Project Manager level.\n\nTasks and Responsibilities\n\nIn addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3:\n\nWorks with functions to identify and resolve Key Issues.\nIntegrates Development Planning and Sub-surface Team work products into overall project plans.\nLeads Project Team and Project Leadership Team (PLT).\nResponsible for selected co-venture, commercial, and government relationships with respect to the project.\n\nSkills and Qualifications\n\nThe candidate must have leadership and personnel management skills, and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders including operations, co-ventures and host government representatives.\nThe candidate must be an effective teacher and mentor, able to share knowledge and experience.\n• Experience in one or more technical disciplines (Marine, Facilities, Subsea, Pipelines, Structures, etc.).\nExperience on international projects, with at least two overseas assignments.\nExperience in execution of a major capital project is preferred.\nBS / MS in Engineering.\nExperience in major capital projects for the oil and gas industry.\nExperience oil and gas industry.\nProficiency in most Project Management skills (e.g. execution planning, contracting / procurement, cost estimating, project controls, planning & scheduling, organization design, etc. ).\n\nHow to Apply\n\nInterested and qualified
