You work well with others, take feedback graciously, and care about the team's output as much as your own\n- A portfolio demonstrating strong craft across digital, brand, and campaign work, with clear evidence of web capability\n- Actively uses AI tools as part of your creative practice, spanning ideation, production, and workflow.
