If you’re looking for meaningful work, caring coworkers, and a great company culture, come join us!\nBuilding from its core expertise of administering residential energy efficiency programs, Abode implements many utility and government-sponsored programs helping homeowners and small businesses develop and implement plans to electrify and decarbonize their buildings, while supporting contractors to provide quality decarbonization services. The New Hampshire (NH) Decarbonization Program Coordinator will work on a three-person team launching a new state-wide program, playing a critical role in managing and following through on the myriad details needed to ensure a successful launch and implementation. This is a terrific opportunity for someone who wants to bring their strong communication, analytical, and project management skills to help realize the climate benefits of electrification.\nResponsibilities\nReporting to the Program Manager, this position will include some or all of the following responsibilities:\nConduct outbound engagement to decarbonization contractors to build program capacity and improve contractor participation Calling and emailing contractors \nScheduling onboarding and check-in meetings \n\nActively manage and respond to email and phone inquiries related to program needs from customers and contractors Connect customers and contractors with the correct services \nRespond to and provide ongoing support for customer and contractor issues \nMaintain response service levels and document resolutions in Salesforce \n\nCollaborate with industry partners, including distributors, manufacturers and other stakeholders, to create and hold trainings, attend informational events, and offer general support as needed Identify engagement opportunities and organize participation \nAttend in-person events (one or more per week) \nCreate and gain approval of contractor educational courses and oversee scheduling and implementation \n\nMaintain and update program databases and customer management systems Conduct regular reviews of contractor certifications and follow up to obtain renewed documents \nHelp update and maintain relevant databases and resources \n\nSupport program staff through a variety of administrative tasks and document/material creation Collaborate with the program team and stakeholders daily \nAssist with the development of program materials and collateral \n\nEngage and collaborate with community-based organizations, trade schools, chambers of commerce, or other partners promoting decarbonization technologies Schedule check-in meetings and work to align focuses \nMaintain a database of engagement opportunities and organize participation \n\nProvide ongoing reports to internal and external stakeholders Track, summarize and analyze key performance indicators and other program data \nAttend client facing meetings \nPrepare invoices or other related reports \nEnsure that monthly reports are generated and distributed to the program team \n\nHelp improve and evolve the program Adapt to ongoing evolutions of program needs \nInnovate with stakeholders to improve program delivery \nContinue to grow in technical and program knowledge\n\nQualifications\nStrong candidates for this position will bring most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:\nBachelor’s degree or at least 4+ years of relevant work experience. \nDemonstrated passion for and interest in sustainability, building science or climate change. \nPrevious experience working in a fast-paced office environment in a project management or communications capacity. \nStrong aptitude for working with or learning software such as Microsoft Office. Experience with customer relationship management software such as Salesforce would be a plus, as would be experience with performing quantitative analysis in Excel or similar tools. \n\nEffective oral and written communication skills. \nCalm, even temperament suited to meeting people with different needs and backgrounds where they are. \nAdaptable, flexible, collaborative team player who brings a positive can-do attitude. \nA self-starter, able to proactively manage competing demands and changing schedules to complete tasks in a timely and diligent manner.\nCompensation and Benefits\nThis is a full-time, exempt position with total compensation targeted between $60K and $70K, depending on relevant skills and experience. The Program Coordinator will work primarily out of their own home, with some local travel throughout NH each week to attend events or meetings (Program Coordinator must have their own car and will be reimbursed at the federal mileage rate of 76 cents per mile for company travel).
