Ph.D. a plus but not required\n2.Automation Engineer: 3-5 years of experience in laboratory or industrial automation software development\n3.Senior Automation Engineer: 6+ years of experience with a track record of owning and delivering complex automation software systems\n4.Experience in a biotech, pharma, or life sciences environment strongly preferred\n**Technical Skills**\n1.Strong software development skills in Python; experience with C# or C++ is a plus for instrument SDK integration\n2.Hands-on experience with laboratory automation platforms (Hamilton, Tecan, Beckman, HighRes Biosolutions, or similar) from the software/scripting side\n3.Familiarity with LIMS, ELN, or data management systems and integrating automation outputs into them\n4.Experience with relational databases and data pipeline tools for capturing and routing experimental data\n5.Comfort with version control (Git), software testing practices, and maintaining production systems\n6.Knowledge of communication protocols used in lab automation (serial, TCP/IP, OPC-UA, MODBUS, or similar)\n**Other**\n1.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
