This role bridges rigorous financial planning with collaborative business advisory, ensuring all investment projects are backed by robust modeling, optimized financial forecasting, and sound corporate governance.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\n Financial Planning, Analysis & Business AdvisoryManage financial modeling, planning, and budgeting to achieve business unit goals.\nBuild and maintain advanced financial models (DCF, NPV, IRR, sensitivity analysis) to evaluate strategic capital investments.\nProvide financial advisory to Business Development teams by conducting market research and evaluating deal structures.\nPerform variance analysis and prepare detailed business cases for senior management\n\nFinancial Governance & Executive ReportingDevelop corporate financial policies in coordination with the Distribution Finance Group.\nPrepare executive presentations and comprehensive Board decks.\n\nLeadershipFoster collaborative stakeholder relationships through trust and open communication.\nSupport capability development and mentor cross-functional teams in finance best practices.\nPromote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to drive better business decisions.\n\nOperational Governance & CultureMaintain financial systems that ensure compliance, documentation, and continuous operational improvement.\nUphold organization values and ensure compliance with all corporate policies.\n\nWhat You Will Need:\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field\nAt least 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment evaluation, or business finance\nProven ability to independently build and stress-test advanced financial models (such as DCF, NPV, and IRR)\nStrong experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and compiling comprehensive corporate business cases\nChartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is highly preferred.\nOur Culture & Commitment to You: Powering Your Future\nAt AboitizPower, we honor you not just as a professional, but as a person.
