You will work closely with the Distribution Network and Design team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nDrive and operate cranes, long bucket trucks, trailer trucks, and other assigned heavy equipment during the erection of 69kV poles and line hardware.\n\nEnsure safe lifting and placement of poles, transformers, and other heavy line components in accordance with approved lifting plans and safety protocols.\n\nConduct routine pre-operation inspections and perform basic maintenance of equipment to ensure mechanical reliability.\n\nCoordinate closely with the rigger and ground crew during lifting and installation operations.\n\nComply with safety procedures, equipment load limits, and work instructions at all times.\n\nTo Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:\nPays strong attention to detail\n\nCommunicates clearly and works well in a team\n\nIs dependable and responsible\n\nWhat You Will Need:\nEducation & Experience:\nTESDA National Certificate (NC II or NC III)\n\nProfessional Driver's License\n\nMust have at least 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator\n\nTechnical / Functional Skills:\nCrane Operation Proficiency\n\nCan perform pre-operation checks and basic maintenance to heavy equipment\n\nKnowledge of industry safety standards, hazard identification, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)\n\nOur Culture & Commitment to You: Powering Your Future\nAt AboitizPower, we honor you not just as a professional, but as a person.
