You will work closely with various teams to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nTalent Attraction\nCollaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.\n\nManage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.\n\nCreate e-201 files for new hires and ensure completion before regularization.\n\nEnsure data integrity of employee information in all HCM Systems.\n\nTalent Retention\nEnsure HCM systems availability, effective implementation, and adoption across the Thermal BU.\n\nContinuously review HCM Systems for process improvements.\n\nConduct continuous audits in HCM to ensure the accuracy of data.\n\nProvide guidance on rewards management and ensure the consistent implementation of approved programs.\n\nImplement programs that will supplement Labor and Management Relations and ensure compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations (e.g., General Labor Standards).\n\nConsistently implement Policies and Procedures for Employee Discipline.\n\nTalent Optimization, and Culture and Engagement\nEnsure the implementation of Talent Management Programs.\n\nGuide the creation and execution of performance management plans as needed.\n\nConsolidate, analyze, and interpret attraction, optimization, and retention metrics, as well as BU-Wide Surveys.\n\nEnsure the execution of individual development programs to develop competencies for the Thermal BU.\n\nProvide employee guidance in the context of the performance appraisal process.\n\nDevelop, organize, and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive organizational culture, and establish recognition programs to celebrate achievements.\n\nHR Administration\nMonitor the completion and distribution of Employee Movement and Separation-related documents and/or trackers.\n\nAid in compliance with the separation policy and process by conducting exit interviews as necessary.\n\nAttend to HR-related employee queries and concerns.\n\nOthers\nExtend relevant support to other departments, such as (but not limited to) cascading and/or adopting initiatives, programs, projects, and activities.\n\nConform to the company's Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, Asset Management, Energy Management, Business Continuity Management System, and Information Security Management Systems policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 55001, ISO 50001, and ISO 22301 Standards.\n\nReport Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Information Security events/incidents, potential events, or other security risks to the organization/committees-in-charge.\n\nProtect information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference in accordance with ISMS policies, and maintain the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of documents.\n\nPerform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Team Leader.\n\nWhat You Will Need:\nEducation & Experience:\nProfessional: At least 3 years relevant work experience\nLeadership Experience: Preferred but not required\nProject Experience: Involved in any HR Facets Projects (i.e. Attraction, Optimization, Engagement, Total Rewards, etc.)\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following courses : Behavioral Science, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or any Business related courses.\nLicense Required: Preferred, but not required: Psychometrician license, SHRM certifications\nOur Culture & Commitment to You: Powering Your Future\nAt AboitizPower, we honor you not just as a professional, but as a person.
