Works with the business unit COO, holding company HR Head and other team leaders to implement such plans & programs.\nParticipates in group wide/corporate discussions and other collaborative sessions on strategic initiatives.\nManages service level agreements or metrics for attraction, retention & optimization, i.e., recruitment, performance management, learning & development, key talent review, individual development planning, workforce planning, Engineering Corps, other organizational performance measures such as the Balanced Scorecard, etc. Provides regular reporting during ExComs, HR Comms, and to AP Distribution Utilities/1Aboitizpower/AboitizEquityVentures as needed.\nImplements groupwide systems to effectively manage key performance metrics and people analytics. Ensures alignment of standards with the holdings company and/or other business units, and reports on exceptions.\nOversees the effective administration of employee benefits and monitors the effectiveness of payroll providers. Guides top management through the annual merit and bonus process, promotions, and all other off-cycle salary adjustments. Provides recommendations in entry rates and other compben items.\nImplements group wide scholarship programs.\nAssesses HR team effectiveness and competencies and provides for individual continued learning and development.\nSpearheads proactive programs to enhance communication and inter-relationships that will improve employee productivity and promote healthy labor-management relations.\nEnsures the application of the company code of discipline. Oversees grievance handling and provides win-win solutions to resolve conflicts.\nFormulates, monitors and controls HR dept. budget.\nPrepares, signs and disseminates relevant memos.\nManages the risks associated with the department's business operation through effective implementation of the operational risk management plan.\nActs as the Internal Communication\nEnsures that communications are coordinated and according to crisis communications protocol Communication teams shall be the repository of information about the incident.\nEnsure department goals and development plans are aligned with the organization’s objectives and attained in the best means possible.\nMonitor and evaluate performance and development of department team members’ knowledge and skills.\nCollaborates and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders on processes, systems and recommends plans and programs\nPrepare, recommend and monitor department’s requirements on materials, equipment and manpower.\n\nTo Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:\nBachelor's degree in any relevant field of study\nAt least 5 years of experience in human resources, HR Business Partnering experience is preferred.\nAt least 2 years in a supervisory position\nOur Culture & Commitment to You: Powering Your Future\nAt AboitizPower, we honor you not just as a professional, but as a person.
