You will work closely with the Operations & Maintenance Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nEQUIPMENT INSPECTION AND MONITORING\nImplements the Mechanical Maintenance Program to ensure efficient and uninterrupted plant operation.\n\nConducts regular site inspections on structures and equipment to identify and address abnormalities.\n\nLeads and oversees Predictive Maintenance and Condition Monitoring programs to identify early failure trends and improve reliability.\n\nSupervises mechanics in the conduct of mechanical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities.\n\nEnsures maintenance works on hydro facilities and civil structures are performed safely, efficiently, and to standard.\n\nConducts and validates Root Cause Analysis (RCA) findings and ensures permanent corrective actions are implemented.\n\nProvides technical support for troubleshooting complex issues in turbines, pumps, cooling systems, and other mechanical systems.\n\nRegularly checks mechanical related SCADA trends to aid in the detection of issues on critical equipment.\n\nTECHNICAL ANALYSIS AND DOCUMENTATION\nPrepares and reviews Work Orders (Planning, Scheduling, Execution, and Closure) to ensure proper documentation and task completion.\n\nUtilizes Data Analytics for Failure Detection and performance monitoring to optimize maintenance strategies.\n\nDevelops and updates preventive and predictive maintenance schedules and asset management strategies based on equipment performance trends.\n\nPrepares maintenance reports, equipment histories, and performance summaries for management review.\n\nConducts studies and submits recommendations for equipment life extension or performance optimization through Asset Management and Life Cycle Planning.\n\nINSTALLATION AND REHABILITATION\nPlans and supervises rehabilitation and installation of mechanical equipment, ensuring all works meet technical and quality standards.\n\nLeads Outage Planning and Optimization to minimize downtime and coordinate plant shutdowns effectively.\n\nEnsures that all rehabilitation and preventive maintenance projects are implemented within budget, schedule, and quality targets.\n\nManages Preventive Maintenance Execution (Project Management) to ensure efficiency and compliance with operational requirements.\n\nReviews and validates completion reports of rehabilitation and maintenance projects to ensure alignment with design and performance standards.\n\nMATERIALS AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT\nManages and maintains inventory of spare parts, consumables, and critical mechanical components.\n\nConducts Critical Spares Identification and Optimization to reduce downtime risk and ensure material readiness.\n\nPrepares and monitors job orders or contracts for outsourced maintenance works and ensures contractor performance compliance.\n\nImplements cost control measures on manpower, materials, and maintenance activities.\n\nIntegrates spare parts management into Asset Life Cycle Planning to optimize procurement and utilization strategies.\n\nCOORDINATION AND COMPLIANCE\nLeads Safety Management initiatives and ensures full implementation of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and other mechanical safety procedures.\n\nConducts toolbox meetings and risk assessments prior to maintenance and rehabilitation activities.\n\nImplements Risk Assessment Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making (PSDM), and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nCoordinates with Operations for maintenance scheduling, plant shutdowns, and resource allocation.\n\nResponds to ISO requirements and ensures compliance with Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control Determination (ORMP).\n\nPromotes innovation through INYOvation Projects to enhance plant reliability and maintenance efficiency.\n\nOTHER RELATED TASKS\nEvaluates performance of subordinates on a periodic basis to determine performance level and areas for improvement.\n\nComplies with company policies and procedures, safety rules and practices.\n\nConforms to the company’s Integrated Management Systems, policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.\n\nReports any Integrated Management System events/incidents or potential events or other risks to the organization.\n\nProtects information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference by:\n\nStoring documents, forms, contracts, manuals, books and other documents to locked storage rooms/steel cabinets.\n\nMaintaining confidentiality and integrity of all plant records necessary for operations.\n\nPerforms any other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior consistent with the purpose of this role.\n\nWhat You Will Need:\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering\n\nMust be a Registered Mechanical Engineer\n\nAt least 3 to 5 years work experience in Rotating Machines; Hydraulic Power Unit, Bearing and Motors.\n\nAt least one (1) year of related
