You will work closely with the Project Management Team, Legal counsels, business units, and external regulatory authorities to deliver results, mitigate risks, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nProvide physical, strategic, and technical support in securing and maintaining critical permits, certifications, and licenses, as well as managing required filings and regulatory submissions to local government units (LGUs) and national agencies.\nMonitor, digest, and cascade upcoming power industry legal/regulatory developments, crafting project rollout and compliance plans in response to evolving policies.\nSupport the Project Manager across commercial contract management-from preparation, due diligence, and quality control to execution, renewal, and turnover.\nTrack, evaluate, and report project compliance metrics through monthly dashboards, identifying compliance gaps and formulating corrective/preventive action plans with designated stakeholders.\nAct as a key liaison to resolve compliance and legal issues, gathering facts and coordinating closely with AP/AEV Legal teams and external counsels for effective solution closure.\nContribute to the Project Risk Management Plan and ensure strict adherence to information security, safety policies, and Integrated Management Systems (IMS) standards.\nTo Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:\nDemonstrates advanced stakeholder management and communication skills to build effective partnerships with LGUs, regulatory bodies, landowners, suppliers, and internal teams.\nPossesses strong strategic and critical thinking skills with an expert focus on compliance quality control and data accuracy.\nThrives in a dynamic project execution setting, showing high resilience, sound decision-making, and strong multitasking abilities under tight project schedules.\nOperates as an proactive, collaborative team player committed to upholding governance, confidentiality, and risk prevention across all project phases.\nWhat You Will Need:\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.\nBackground in Philippine laws, legal studies, or knowledge in the power industry is preferred.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in compliance within project execution, preferably in the power generation or energy storage sector.\nAt least 3 years of relevant industry experience.\nTechnical / Functional Skills:\nExpert proficiency in regulatory compliance monitoring, permit acquisition processes, and compliance data reporting.\nSolid grasp of commercial contract analysis, review, and due diligence.\nFamiliarity with power industry regulations, LGU permitting procedures, and Integrated Management Systems (IMS).\nOur Culture & Commitment to You: Powering Your Future\nAt AboitizPower, we honor you not just as a professional, but as a person.
