In this role, you will manage the overall execution of the company's SHES Program and ensure full compliance with government regulations and standards. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Oversee the overall management, implementation, and continuous evaluation of the company’s Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Safety Program. Plan health and safety requirements in the workplace, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safety equipment, signages, training programs, and structural/facility improvements. Serve as the official representative of the company when liaising with safety regulatory bodies, including DOLE, BFP, and DENR.
