You will work closely with internal AboitizPower teams, the Owner's Engineer, EPC contractors, and external regulatory bodies to create positive community impact and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nProject & Engineering Management: Lead the entire integrated scope of Owner's workstreams and EPC contract execution (engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning) while managing project resources, activity plans, variances, and technical interface deliverables.\n\nSite SHE, Risk & Quality Assurance: Implement strict quality control procedures, manage Safety, Health, Environment (SHE), and Security risks, and ensure full compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 27001) and internal guidelines.\n\nFabrication, Installation & Commissioning: Oversee on-site fabrication, equipment installation, and final unit commissioning to ensure operational readiness for the commercial operations date.\n\nStakeholder & Contract Management: Manage ongoing interfaces with the existing O&M team, contractors, project representatives, and regulators, ensuring clear communication, risk mitigation, and proactive issue resolution.\n\nTeam Leadership & Governance: Provide leadership, mentorship, and administrative oversight to the site project team, fostering a positive performance culture while ensuring project documentation, confidentiality, and data integrity are maintained.\n\nTo Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:\nDemonstrates expert-level leadership, communication, and cross-cultural competency to manage diverse internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.\n\nPossesses advanced technical mastery in power generation construction, brownfield project integration, EPC contract management, and project management tools/systems.\n\nExhibits strong risk management and financial acumen, with the ability to identify potential project impacts early and implement sound mitigation strategies.\n\nShows uncompromised commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards across all engineering, site execution, and operational transition activities.\n\nWhat You Will Need:\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\n\nLicensed Engineer; certification in Construction Management, PMP, or MPM is highly preferred.\n\nAt least 10 years of relevant experience in power project construction management, specifically handling EPC contractors and subcontractors.\n\nAt least 5 years of leadership experience managing project teams, EPC contracts, and vendor networks.\n\nProven track record in Power Generation Construction, Commissioning, and Brownfield Projects.\n\nTechnical / Functional Skills:\nAdvanced proficiency in Project Management Tools, project activity planning, and schedule/budget tracking systems.\n\nExpert knowledge in EPC Contract Management, variance coordination, and procurement oversight.\n\nStrong functional command of Construction SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) Risk Management and ISO quality & safety management frameworks.\n\nStrong financial acumen and technical review capabilities (design drawings, specifications, calculations).\n\nOur Culture & Commitment to You: Powering Your Future\nAt AboitizPower, we honor you not just as a professional, but as a person.
