This is critical to ensure we adapt to the local context and leverage the resources and expertise available.\nIndividual project CAPEX values typically range from £50K to in excess of £5M\nAccountabilities:\nDevelop and maintain detailed baseline and live project programmes using Primavera P6 / Asta Powerproject / MS Project\nIntegrate cost, risk, procurement, and resource data into project schedules\nMonitor programme progress, identify critical path impacts, and assess schedule risk\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, and subcontractors\nEnsure schedule governance aligns with contractual and internal controls\nSupport the Project Managers (PM’s) across the project portfolio in implementing the processes to manage and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures to ensure budgets are maintained and expenditure is controlled\nOwn and manage the administration of multiple core Project Controls processes.\nExperience:\nEssesntial\nExperience in project management, from conception to delivery\nSound planning and coordination skills\nExcellent attention to detail\nAn ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans\nFamiliarity with risk management and quality assurance control\nStrong working knowledge of MS Office suite of programmes incl MS Project, Powerpoint, Excel and Visio\nAbility to build relationships and work successfully with people at all levels\nAbility to focus on multiple tasks at the same time\nAbility to manage own workload to meet tight deadlines\nIdeal\nInfrastructure project experience - Civil/Electrical/Mechanical\nExperience in Document Management software\nProject management qualification\nWant to see what it’s like to work for the UK’s largest port operator?
