This role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring compliance with all program regulations, and supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centered, and trauma-informed care to youth and families in both community and clinic settings.\nResponsibilities:\nDirect, coordinate, and supervise all program operations, including clinical services, program planning, monitoring, and evaluation.\n\nEnsure care is person-centered and trauma-informed in accordance with the program’s Operating Certificate and the clinical needs of clients.\n\nRepresent RUMC in the community, collaborating with public and voluntary service agencies.\n\nEnsure compliance with Federal, NYS, and NYC laws, regulations, and program standards.\n\nFacilitate regular staff meetings, including training, case presentations, and group supervision.\n\nProvide ongoing staff supervision and consultation as needed.\n\nMaintain regular communication with psychiatrists, nurses, clinicians, and physicians involved in client care.\n\nEnsure adherence to RUMC policies and New York State Mental Hygiene laws regarding patient care, clinical records, child abuse reporting, HIPAA regulations, and related standards.\n\nMonitor staff productivity, record compliance, outreach policy, and treatment reviews.\n\nPerform additional duties as assigned by management.\n\nQualifications:\nLCSW or LMHC-D licensure required\n\nDemonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in a behavioral health or clinical program setting preferred.\n\nStrong knowledge of person-centered, trauma-informed care practices.\n\nExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively across disciplines and with external agencies.\n\nSalary: $90,000 -
