This role exists because off-the-shelf models aren't enough for the problems we're solving.\nIf you enjoy pushing models until they break - and then fixing them - keep reading.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign and operate AI agents that reason, act, and collaborate with humans\nFine-tune and adapt large language models for:\nBehavior analysis\nReasoning over long, messy timelines\nHigh-precision enterprise workflows\nBuild agent orchestration systems (tool use, memory, planning, feedback loops)\nRun large-scale inference and training pipelines in production\nWork on model evaluation, drift detection, and continuous improvement\nOptimize for latency, cost, and reliability at real enterprise scale\nPartner closely with DevOps, security, and backend engineers - no research silos\nShip models that are auditable, explainable, and safe in sensitive environments\nHard requirements (non-negotiable)\n5+ years in ML / AI / Applied Research roles\nHands-on experience fine-tuning large models (LLMs or multimodal)\nDeep familiarity with agent architectures (tool use, memory, planning, reflection)\nReal production experience\nHeavy, daily usage of AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor, etc. - this is how we work)\nExperience operating models at scale (high throughput, real traffic)\nComfortable working 5 days a week from our Tel Aviv office\nStrong signals you're a fit\nYou've shipped agent systems that run unattended in production\nYou've fine-tuned models for precision, not just demos\nYou think about evaluation frameworks as much as training\nYou care about failure modes, hallucinations, and abuse cases\nYou prefer impact over papers\nNice to have (but not required)\nExperience with RLHF / RLAIF / preference optimization\nBackground in security, fraud, or behavioral systems\nExperience with multi-agent systems or long-running agents\nPrior startup experience where scale arrived faster than expected\nWhy Above\nYou'll work on real agent systems, not wrappers around APIs\nProblems are messy, adversarial, and high-stakes -
