and touchpoints.\nParticipate in early-stage project planning and requirements gathering, with a focus on user journeys and usability.\nCollaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure successful implementation.\nSupport continuous UX improvements throughout the product lifecycle.\nAnalyze user feedback, usage data, and UX-related insights to drive ongoing enhancements.\nRequirements\n3-5 years of experience in UX, Digital, Product, or User Experience Design/Analysis roles.\nProven experience defining UX processes and user journeys, beyond visual design.\nExperience working with design studios or UX/UI teams.\nStrong understanding of business and operational processes.\nExperience working with development teams and IT organizations.\nAbility to create UX specifications, user flows, and user journey documentation.\nHands-on experience with UX collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, FigJam, and Confluence.\nStrong analytical thinking and a system-wide perspective.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to lead cross-functional processes in a complex organizational environment.\nAdvantage\nExperience working in large-scale enterprise environments.\nExperience in public sector, infrastructure, or highly regulated organizations.\nFamiliarity with CRM systems, enterprise portals, and customer-facing service applications.\nExperience measuring and analyzing user experience through feedback and analytics tools.\nKnowledge of Accessibility standards and best practices.\nExperience working with multiple digital products and platforms
