Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end development of software- and hardware-intensive UAV systems, from solution definition through technical requirements authoring, integration, testing, and customer delivery.
• Leading complex integration processes, including the integration of products, payloads, and airborne subsystems.
• Defining system-level requirements for various components and authoring detailed specifications and technical documentation.
• Leading cross-functional development and integration efforts across diverse engineering teams, including Airborne Software, C2 (Command & Control) Software, Simulators, QA/Testing, Electronics, and more.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• M.Sc. in System Engineering - A significant advantage.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a System Engineer for multidisciplinary, hardware- and software-intensive systems.
• Practical background in engineering development (Electrical Design / Software / Flight Control), including hands-on experience with tools like Python/MATLAB and various communication protocols.
• Experience in the aerospace, aviation, or autonomous vehicles industry - A significant advantage.
• Military background within UAV units or divisions (Operations / Technical / Engineering) - A significant advantage.
• High proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong ability to lead and manage complex processes, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
