We are looking for a University Recruiter to help us identify and hire exceptional emerging talent with the ability, drive, and mission alignment to build meaningful careers here.\nWe want to create an early talent program that reaches broadly and assesses people for their potential, not only their pedigree. That includes exceptional candidates from leading universities as well as community colleges, bootcamps, apprenticeships, career transitions, and other paths.\nYou will partner closely with our Early Talent Program Manager and engineering leaders to build this capability from the ground up.
