In this role, you'll manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing customer needs with internal resources while driving consistent, high-quality delivery.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nOwn end-to-end delivery of mid-sized customer implementation projects, developing project plans and coordinating cross-functional resources.\nServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.\nIdentify project risks early and proactively develop mitigation strategies.\nFacilitate regular status meetings, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.\nTrack and report on project health, budget, and timelines, contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing across the team.\nHelp maintain organizational security and compliance controls within your role.\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING\nBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software; PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is preferred.\nDemonstrated success leading customer-facing projects, with strong stakeholder management skills.\nSolid organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities, paired with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.\nA problem-solver who anticipates risks and drives solutions, and a confident communicator across both technical and business audiences.\nFlexibility and effectiveness in managing multiple priorities.\nExperience with HR technology or leave management solutions is preferred.\nWhy join us\nAt AbsenceSoft, we LEAD with our values:\nLead with Innovation - We create meaningful change through intelligence, focus and passion.We embrace curiosity, data, and insight to shape the future of our industry.
