The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and a passion for ethical, responsible AI.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nDesign, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to power automation, analytics, and decision support.\nCollaborate with product managers and engineers to align AI initiatives with business goals and product strategies.\nResearch and prototype new AI applications in the leave management domain.\nOptimize models and algorithms for performance, accuracy, and scalability.\nImplement MLOps best practices for model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.\nPartner with data engineering teams to build and maintain clean, secure, and reliable data pipelines.\nEnsure compliance with ethical AI standards, focusing on fairness, transparency, and bias detection.\nApply NLP, predictive modeling, and other AI techniques to enhance product intelligence.\nTroubleshoot, refine, and document AI solutions to maintain high reliability and trust.\nStay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to strategic adoption initiatives.\nParticipate in a highly compliant environment while assisting to maintain company controls and security within your job role.\nAssist in maintaining applicable organizational security and compliance controls within your department, role, and subordinate’s roles.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING\n7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML development, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).\nExpertise in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn, with a strong understanding of NLP, predictive modeling, and neural networks.\nHands-on experience with MLOps tools, cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and building secure, reliable data pipelines.\nStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.\nA genuine commitment to ethical, transparent, and responsible AI practices.\nWhy join us\nAt AbsenceSoft, we LEAD with our values:\nLead with Innovation - We create meaningful change through intelligence, focus and passion.We embrace curiosity, data, and insight to shape the future of our industry.
