This role offers hands-on responsibility with a clear path for growth into future leadership. You’ll help manage daily coordination, documentation, budgeting, compliance, and communication from project start-up through closeout.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCoordinate project planning, integration, and completion of assigned scopes\nPrepare and manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and material procurement\nLead on-site engineering activities and maintain liaison with design teams and clients\nAttend project meetings and support owner meetings with project management\nAssist in preparing project status reports and closeout documentation\nReview design documents for compliance with engineering and contract requirements\nMonitor technical progress, testing, and resolution of design and construction issues\nTrack and manage costs to ensure alignment with project budgets\nPromote and support site safety efforts through personal actions and team mentorship\nWhy You’ll Be Successful\nYou’re curious, detail-oriented, and a strong team player. You love solving problems, building relationships, and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or construction certificate program\n3-5 years of relevant construction experience\nSolid understanding of construction processes, documentation, and safety standards\nTech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling and project management tools\nAble to read and interpret plans, specs, and submittals\nOrganized, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent time management and accountability for meeting deadlines\nAbsher is a Federal Contractor.
