For outstation candidates, travel will be covered.\n\nIdeal Candidate : \n\n1. Strong UX Designer Profile : \n\n- Outstanding systems thinking and interaction design skills.\n\n2. Mandatory Experience 1 : \n\n- Must have 4+ years of UX experience (with a Bachelor's in Design, 2022 pass-out) or 2+ years (with a Master's in Design, 2024 pass-out) at a product company, with strong systems thinking and interaction design skills.\n\n3. Mandatory Experience 2 : \n\n- Must have demonstrable interest and hands-on work in design systems at scale.\n\n4. Mandatory Experience 3 : \n\n- Must have shipped/launched work, clearly outlining their contribution, discarded ideas, and original point of view.\n\n5. Mandatory Experience 4 : \n\n- Must have worked on a complex set of products involving systems thinking, having shipped a couple of them.\n\n6. Mandatory Skill 1 : \n\n- Must be able to use AI tools as a sparring partner and critique their output.\n\n7. Mandatory Skill 2 : \n\n- Must have strong analytical skills and be able to work with data, understanding users' problems and critiquing design output.\n\n8. Mandatory Company : \n\n- Must come from a product company only (any product company - B2B SaaS or otherwise).\n\n9. Mandatory Education : \n\n- Must have a design degree from a Tier-1 college (preferably NID Bangalore / Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar, IIT Bombay (IDC), IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi, or CKP Bangalore).\n\n10. Mandatory Education 3 : \n\n- Must have an 11th/12th science background.\n\n11. Mandatory Portfolio : \n\n- Must have a UX portfolio (with case studies) that demonstrates end-to-end product thinking - problem definition, user research, systems thinking, wireframing.\n\n12. Mandatory Exclusion : \n\n- Candidates who have primarily focused on brand identity design, logo design, or packaging design will NOT be considered.\n\n13.
