You will work closely with internal engineering, facilities, and finance teams to ensure reliable service delivery and cost compliance.\nDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:\nFacilitate competitive bidding, contract drafting, and ongoing administration for facility management, equipment services, and operational outsourcing.\nReview vendor rate sheets (hourly rates, labor breakdown, overhead, and margins) to evaluate pricing and prevent budget overruns.\nMonitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to hold vendors accountable for safety, quality, and project timelines.\nAudit Statements of Work (SOW) and review Change Order requests to minimize scope creep and unwarranted cost increases.\nExecute PR/PO creation and tracking in accordance with company directives and internal procurement guidelines.\nCoordinate with Accounting and Finance to resolve 3-way matching discrepancies, billing disputes, and service delivery exceptions.\nAssist in identifying service providers, support vendor pre-qualification, and track procurement schedules for plant operations. ties.\nQUALITIFICATION:\nBachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or a related fields.\n3+ years of professional procurement or purchasing experience (manufacturing environment preferred)\nSolid understanding of procurement workflows, contract terms, and vendor coordination.\nWorking knowledge of general accounting principles (PO-to-invoice matching, cost allocation).\nStrong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\nBilingual proficiency in English and Korean\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATION:\n3-7+ years of experience in indirect procurement, outsourcing management, or contract administration (Experience in manufacturing or high-tech industries preferred)\nPractical experience reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs), tracking SLA metrics, and auditing vendor rate breakdown sheets\nHands-on experience with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP MM, Oracle)\n REQUIREMENTS :\nExperiences on SEM / FIB equipments (Analysis tools)\nProficiency in operating microscopy equipment (optical, SEM, FIB, TEM) and analytical tools (FTIR, EDX)\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root cause of failures\nStrong attention to detail and ability to accurately document findings and observations\nExcellent communication skills and a proven ability to juggle multiple high priority tasks\nQUALITIFICATIONS :\nStrong knowledge of electronic devices and their failure mechanisms\nExperience with a variety of failure analysis techniques\nProficiency in microscopy techniques, material analysis, and spectropy\nStrong understanding of material properties, fracture mechanics, and root cause analysis\nProficiency in operating microscopy equipment (optical, SEM, TEM) and analytical tools (FTIR, EDX)\nSALARY:\n$80,000 -
