The technician will support daily manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of semiconductor wafers.\nJob Duties/Responsibilities:\n· Operate, monitor, and maintain FAB equipment (e.g., etching, deposition, lithography).\n· Load and unload wafers from production tools with precision and care.\n· Perform equipment start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting procedures.\n· Conduct production inspection for first article of the lot and model change.\n· Inventory of daily usage of raw materials and tools at the production line (e.g., chemicals, film, singulation tools).\n· Take initial and containment actions and troubleshooting when the machines are down.\n· Control the recipe and teach the inspection area for inspection machines.\n· Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cleanroom protocols.\n· Log production data, machine status, and process issues accurately.\n· Collaborate with engineers and other operators to meet production goals.\n· Cooperate with regular maintenance and calibration of equipment.\n· Maintain cleanliness and safety within the FAB environment.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering and science or equivalent required.\nExperience in semiconductor or cleanroom environments is a plus.\nBasic mechanical or electrical skills.\nAbility to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.\nComfortable working in a cleanroom with full protective gear (gown, gloves, mask).\nWillingness to work shifts (day, night, or rotating as needed).\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nWork Schedule:\n12-hour shifts (day and night shift).\nWeekend or rotating schedule based on production needs.\nPreferred Skills (Nice to Have):\nKnowledge of wafer handling and FAB processes.\nExperience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) & EMS (Equipment Management Systems).\nFamiliarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control).\nRate:\n$26 -
