Treatment Coordinator

This is a key front office role that directly impacts patient trust, case acceptance, and overall office success

Responsibilities

Review and clearly present treatment plans
Explain insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
Discuss payment options confidently with patients
Coordinate scheduling and support smooth office flow
Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and comfortable moving forward with care

Pay

$20 - $24 per hour (DOE)

⭐ What We’re Looking For

Dental front office experience required
Experience with treatment planning and dental insurance
Comfortable discussing financial arrangements
Strong organization and communication skills
Bilingual Spanish preferred
