patients, providers, and office teams to ensure a smooth and positive experience from consultation to treatment completion.\nKey Responsibilities\nPresent and explain dental treatment plans clearly and confidently\nVerify insurance benefits and provide accurate treatment estimates\nDiscuss financial options and payment arrangements with patients\nGuide patients through scheduling and treatment follow-through\nSupport case acceptance and patient education\nMaintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA\nAssist with daily patient flow and overall office operations\nSkills & Qualifications\nStrong knowledge of dental insurance verification and treatment planning\nProven ability to present treatment plans and support case acceptance\nExcellent communication and patient education skills\nHighly organized with strong multitasking abilities\nStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracy\nExperience with Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar practice management systems\nSolid understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality\nExperience Requirements\nRecent experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator within the last 5 years is required\nPrevious experience in roles such as:\nTreatment Coordinator\nPatient Care Coordinator\nDental Front Office Coordinator\nSimilar dental office positions\nIdeal Candidate\nConfident and experienced in treatment planning\nPatient-focused with strong relationship-building skills\nResults-driven with a focus on case acceptance and patient follow-through\nThrives in a fast-paced,
