In this hands-on role, you will support the day-to-day operations and logistics for our custom university and faculty-led programs across Europe, while also taking ownership of global student welcome pack fulfillment.\nThis internship is ideal for a university student or recent graduate looking to gain real-world experience in international education, global logistics, and program coordination. Assist with preparing pre-departure materials, guides, and customized student itineraries.\n\nCross-Regional Operations Support: Provide administrative and operational assistance across various global program regions during peak travel and planning seasons.\n\nWelcome Pack Logistics & Fulfillment: Organize, assemble, and manage international shipments of welcome packs and program materials to students, faculty, and local guides worldwide.\n\nProfessional Expectations\nProfessional, positive, and respectful communication with all internal and external stakeholders.\n\nPrompt responses, adhering to our internal 12-hour response policy.\n\nStrong research, organizational, and time-management skills to meet strict operational deadlines.\n\nIdeal Qualities and Experience\nExperience: 1 year of prior experience in operations, event coordination, customer service, student services, or travel logistics\n\nEducation: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ideal fields include Tourism, Hospitality, Business, International Relations, or Event Management).\n\nLocation & Eligibility: Must be based in Barcelona and eligible to complete an internship contract in Spain starting January 2027.\n\nLanguages: Fluency in English is required, paired with fluency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, French, or Italian.\n\nTech & Logistics Skills: Familiarity with standard workplace tech tools (Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, project management tools) and comfort managing physical inventory and mailings.\n\nMindset: Customer-service oriented, proactive, adaptable, and excited to jump in wherever the team needs operational support.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer Statement\nAbsolute Internship is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued, celebrated, and respected.
