You will gain hands-on experience working with generative AI technologies and applying them to real-world business scenarios.\nThe ideal candidate should have a strong interest in artificial intelligence, good analytical skills and a willingness to experiment with emerging AI technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop and optimise AI prompts for various business applications.\n\nAssist in training and refining AI agents to perform specific tasks based on business requirements.\n\nTest and evaluate AI-generated responses to ensure accuracy, relevance and consistency.\n\nDevelop and maintain AI knowledge bases, structured instructions and training materials.\n\nConduct scenario-based testing to evaluate AI performance in different business situations.\n\nIdentify errors and limitations in AI responses and recommend improvements.\n\nCollaborate with internal departments to understand business requirements and improve AI solutions.\n\nDocument AI testing results, prompt improvements and system performance.\n\nResearch emerging AI technologies, prompting techniques and best practices.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\nCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or a related discipline.\n\nBasic understanding of generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.\n\nFamiliarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar platforms.\n\nStrong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood written communication skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaborate with team members.\n\nWillingness to learn, experiment and adapt to new AI technologies.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience experimenting with AI agents, chatbots or prompt engineering projects.\n\nFamiliarity with AI knowledge bases, conversational AI or workflow automation tools.\n\nBasic knowledge of Python, JavaScript or APIs.\n\nPersonal or academic projects involving generative AI applications.\n\nSkills\nChatbot, Ai, AI Agents, Interdepartmental
