About the Role
We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to develop, implement and maintain AI-powered solutions that improve business efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in AI development, software engineering and system integration, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and deploy AI-powered applications, including chatbots, virtual assistants and intelligent automation systems.
Develop and integrate AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), APIs and machine learning technologies.
Build automated workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual tasks.
Integrate AI applications with existing business systems, including CRM platforms, databases and internal applications.
Develop, test and maintain backend services, APIs and AI-related software components.
Monitor AI application performance, troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve system reliability.
Collaborate with internal departments to identify opportunities for AI implementation.
Ensure AI solutions follow data security, privacy and responsible AI practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
Experience working with AI technologies, LLM APIs and machine learning frameworks.
Knowledge of REST APIs, databases and system integration.
Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical projects.
