the Role\nWe’re looking for an Automations Engineer (Business Operations) to help us design, build, and scale intelligent automation across the organisation.\n\nThis role focuses on using agentic AI, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code tools to eliminate manual work, improve data flow, and enhance how teams operate — across marketing, sales, training operations, and customer service.\n\nYou’ll work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational pain points into automated, reliable, and scalable systems.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign and implement end-to-end business automations across departments\nBuild and maintain workflows using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, and similar automation platforms\nDevelop agentic AI workflows involving multi-step logic, decision-making, and task orchestration\nIntegrate internal and external systems using APIs, webhooks, and data connectors\nAutomate operational processes such as lead handling, data syncing, notifications, approvals, and reporting\nWork with CRM, ERP, email, messaging, forms, and database systems to ensure smooth data flow\nImprove data accuracy, operational speed, and visibility across business processes\nDocument automation logic, workflows, and SOPs for maintainability and handover\nContinuously identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and operational friction\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBackground in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields\nStrong interest in business process automation, AI-driven operations, and system integration\nHands-on experience or strong familiarity with automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, or Make\nUnderstanding of API integration concepts (REST APIs, webhooks, authentication)\nAbility to translate business workflows into logical, maintainable automation flows\nComfortable working with structured data (tables, spreadsheets, forms, databases)\nAnalytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset\nAble to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nFresh graduates with strong project, internship, or portfolio experience are welcome.\nNice to Have (Not Required)\nExperience with Power Apps, Power BI, or the Microsoft ecosystem\nExposure to agentic AI, LLM workflows, or AI orchestration frameworks\nBasic scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar)\nExperience automating CRM, ERP, marketing, or customer service platforms\nUnderstanding of data governance, access control, and
