compelling copy, captions, hooks, headlines and marketing messages\nCreate or coordinate visual, video and social media content\nTurn ordinary information into content that is simple, interesting and easy to understand\nBrainstorm new campaign concepts and content formats\nKeep up with social media, content and creative trends\nAdapt content for different audiences and platforms\nWork with the marketing team to develop campaigns from idea to execution\nEdit photos and videos into polished, engaging content.\nSupport photography, videography, events and other marketing activities when required\nReview content performance and use what you learn to improve future creative work\nWhat We Are Looking For\nA creative mindset and willingness to experiment with new ideas\nStrong storytelling skills\nAbility to make content interesting and engaging\nGood sense of visual communication, writing or content creation\nCurious about what makes people pay attention, engage and take action\nConfident communicator who can pitch, explain, and defend creative ideas.\nOpen to sharing ideas and receiving feedback\nAble to work independently and contribute as part of a team\nNo technical marketing experience required\nPortfolio\nPortfolios, social media accounts, personal projects, short films, photography, design work, or self-initiated content projects are highly
