copywriters) to prepare targeted campaigns.\nPrepare comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.\nCustomer Analysis:\nAnalyse customer behaviour and segmentation data to identify trends and opportunities.\nUnderstand customer profiles and identify target audiences for specific marketing initiatives.\nDirect Marketing Mailer Performance:\nMonitor email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.\nAnalyse email content and design to identify areas for improvement.\nProvide recommendations for optimising email content and frequency.\nData Management and Reporting:\nCollect, clean, and organize marketing data from various sources.\nDevelop and maintain data dashboards and reports for the marketing team.\nUtilize data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.\nSupport Marketing Team:\nProvide data-driven insights to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.\nAssist in market research and competitive analysis.\nStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.\nQualifications and requirements:\nExperience in a similar role and minimum 2 years’ working experience required. \nBachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.\nProficiency in Excel \nExcellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings.\nExcellent accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to work independently.\nGood understanding of marketing principles and
