Got a knack for solving technical issues and making people's day a little easier? Absolute Security - a leader in cybersecurity - is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our Vancouver team. You'll get hands-on experience with a huge range of cutting-edge tech, learn constantly, and never have a boring day.

You'll be a go-to for employees around the world, working out of our downtown Vancouver office 2-3 days a week (hybrid), reporting to the IT Helpdesk Manager.

What You’ll Do:

• Giving employees genuinely great IT support - the kind people are happy to leave a good review for
• Becoming an expert with macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android
• Working on the support ticket queue - hitting SLAs, following best practices, and keeping people happy
• Setting up, upgrading, and swapping out laptops, phones, and other gear
• Jumping into project work when it comes up
• Helping keep IT documentation clear and current
• Keeping hardware and software inventory organized
• Taking your turn on the after-hours on-call rotation
• Protect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers
• Other duties as assigned by management

What You’ll Bring:

• 2-5 years in an IT support role
• Solid grip on Windows, Mac, Android/iOS, and Microsoft Office (including 365)
• Experience with a ticketing system, Active Directory, and Exchange administration
• Bonus points for Intune, SharePoint & OneDrive, antivirus, asset tracking, encryption, VOIP, VPNs, LAN/WAN, SSO/2FA and chat/conferencing tools
• Extra bonus points for experience with AI tools or automation (like Power Automate)
• A genuine appetite for learning new tech and processes
• A knack for researching and troubleshooting tricky problems
• Some formal IT training or education
• Certifications like MCP or A+ are nice to have, not required
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Great organizational and customer service instincts - working solo or on a team
• Comfortable asking for help when you need it
• Solid Word documentation skills
• A self-starter with sharp attention to detail who can stick to process when it matters

The base pay range

The base salary range for this position is CAD $63,642 - $71,597. The base pay offered is determined by the market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our annual bonus program.
