This is a fast-paced, technical role focused on maintaining consistency across multiple student programs; it is not a \"buddy,\" mentor, or talk-therapy position. Working with children ages 1-6, you will rotate between students to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) protocols during critical mealtime and play-based learning periods.\nIn this role, you function as a clinical implementer who can jump into various cases and follow specific protocols with precision. Under the guidance of a BCBA, you will help different students master functional life skills-ranging from social table manners and self-feeding to potty training and peer interaction.
