research, risk assessments, and category strategy development.\nTendering & Sourcing Management\nCoordinate tender strategies and obtain required approvals.\nManage end-to-end sourcing and tendering activities for strategic and high-value procurements.\nConduct bidder prequalification and prepare tender documentation.\nCoordinate bidder site visits and clarification processes.\nEvaluate technical and commercial proposals and facilitate post-tender negotiations.\nContract & Commercial Management\nLead or support contract negotiations for goods and services.\nDraft, review, and manage contracts and procurement agreements.\nMonitor procurement cycle times and contract performance.\nManage contract amendments, extensions, and variations.\nSupport the resolution of contractual claims and disputes.\nSupplier & Vendor Management\nDevelop and maintain vendor classification and registration frameworks.\nImplement vendor evaluation and performance monitoring processes.\nStrengthen supplier relationships to ensure continuous improvement and service delivery.\nStakeholder Management\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and define scopes of work.\nCoordinate with business units, suppliers, and contractors on procurement and contract matters.\nEnsure procurement activities align with business requirements and governance standards.\nCompliance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement\nEnsure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance requirements.\nSupport audits and recommend corrective actions for non-compliance issues.\nPrepare periodic reports and procurement-related analyses.\nSupport change management initiatives and process automation opportunities.\nPromote continuous improvement and professional development.\nHealth, Safety & Environment (HSE)\nSupport risk assessment reviews in collaboration with HSE teams.\nPromote safe work practices and reporting of incidents and near misses.\nMonitor compliance with HSE procedures and escalate issues when necessary.\nPeople Management\nManage, coach, mentor, and develop assigned team members.\nConduct performance reviews and support employee development.\nPerform additional duties assigned by management to achieve departmental objectives.\nRequirements and Skills\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or
