lifecycle.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure timely project delivery.\nAssist in budget preparation and monitor project expenditures to ensure projects remain within approved budgets.\nImplement cost control measures using relevant cost and budget management software.\nIdentify project risks, evaluate their potential impact, and develop mitigation strategies.\nPrepare and maintain project performance reports and dashboards covering progress, budget status, and risk assessments using tools such as Power BI.\nEnsure project activities comply with established quality standards and regulatory requirements.\nCoordinate and facilitate communication between contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.\nMaintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schedules, reports, and correspondence.\nComply with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and guidelines.\nReport hazards, unsafe conditions, and non-conformities in a timely manner.\nParticipate in mandatory HSE training and promote safe and environmentally responsible work practices.\nRequirements and Skills\nEducation & Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\nProfessional certifications such as: Project Management Professional (PMP)\nCertified Cost Engineer (CCE)\nPlanning and Scheduling Professional (PSP)\nOr equivalent certifications (preferred)\n\nExperience\nMinimum 5 years of experience in project controls, project scheduling, or project management within the construction or aviation industry.\nSkills & Competencies\nProficiency in project management and scheduling software, including: Primavera P6\nMS Project\nPower BI\nPRISM\nERP systems\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and data analysis.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to communicate complex information clearly to various stakeholders.\nProven ability to proactively identify issues and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced project
