Description\n Policies, Processes, Systems & Procedures\n Monitoring of collateral (inspection, examination and verification of availability of collateral, its condition, content, as well as other parameters in accordance with the Bank's internal rules and requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan);\n Identification of changes in the quantitative composition and qualitative characteristics of the pledged item and notification of the relevant services for the Bank to take necessary measures;\n Checking the adequacy of reports of independent appraisal companies on collateral valuation;\n Developing internal policies and procedures for collateral management;\n Control over timely fulfillment by pledgers of their obligations under pledge agreements within the competence of the Department;\n Implementation of a set of measures to ensure registration of the right to pledge property with authorized bodies and organizations, including preparation of cover letters;\n Timely informing the Bank's employees about the risks associated with pledged collateral, as well as factors affecting the value of pledged property;\n Preparation of reports on risk analysis of the loan portfolio in terms of collateral;\n Participation in automation of collateral reporting in terms of credit and portfolio reporting;\n Representation of the Bank in state and other authorities, as well as in relations with individuals and legal entities on the basis of a power of attorney on issues within the competence of the Department.\n Research/collection/monitoring of data\n Participation in automation of collateral reporting in its credit-portfolio part.\n Monitoring of collateral items (inspection, examination and verification of collateral items, their condition, contents, as well as other parameters in accordance with the Bank's internal rules and requirements of the RoK legislation);\n Reporting\n Preparation of collateral risk analysis reports for the Bank's Management and Authorised Bodies, Regulatory Authorities, Head Bank in the UAE, as required;\n Self-organisation\n Organise their work in accordance with\n policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure compliance with them and to increase\n Contribute to the effectiveness of the organisation;\n Ensure quality work with zero errors.\n EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES\n Experience\n At least 2 years' experience in a similar position in the banking industry;\n Knowledge of methods of collateral valuation;\n Have the skills to analyse and conduct collateral and legal review of documents;\n Have the skills, experience of drawing up reports;\n Have negotiating skills and experience;\n Qualifications\n Bachelor's degree from a recognised university / Graduate degree in law or economics;\n Professional Qualifications\n Certificate of Appraiser qualification issued by the Chamber of Appraisers and membership of one of the Chambers of Appraisers in accordance with the Law of RK on Appraisal Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan;\n Professional competences\n Knowledge of the Law \"On Banks and Banking Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan\";\n Knowledge of banking law, civil and labor law;\n Knowledge of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan \"On appraisal activities\";\n Organization and planning;\n Analytical
