recommendations of workforce cost to ADIB management\n\nCollect head count requests from all divisions and provide detailed and summarized input for Strategy department for the preparation of the manpower budget\n\nPromote equality and propose ideas to management to embrace the Emiratization agenda within the workforce planning process\n\nReport on variance of actual head count against Emiratization head count target for each division to management\n\nPrepare HR related MIS executive summary reporting for ADIB Groups and Central Bank\n\nInvolved in HR Systems Information and HR Projects\n\nMaintain a comprehensive awareness of current HR issues and co-ordinate with ITD to continuously improve and optimize information systems performance, operational efficiency, and deliver quality service\n\nWork with management to prioritize business and information needs\n\nSpecialist skills / technical knowledge, technical competencies required for this role:\nRequired skills:\nProven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst\n\nHands-on experience MIS analysis\n\nFamiliarity with Human Resources software\n\nKnowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets like (Excel)\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy\n\nAbility to engage across organization levels\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nRequired education:\nB.Sc. in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or any other relevant
