This hands-on role ensures equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness to support clinical and commercial manufacturing operations.\nThe Maintenance Technician works closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, Quality, Laboratory Operations, and Facilities to execute maintenance activities while maintaining compliance with cGMP requirements, Good Documentation Practices, and company procedures. The position supports both GMP and non-GMP operations and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that improve equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.\nResponsibilities\nAbility to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems line diagrams and prints\n\nFamiliarity with servicing of equipment consisting of boilers, chillers, air compressors, deionized water generation, HVAC, piping distribution systems, generators, GMP suite maintenance, and building maintenance/upkeep\n\nSupport the daily Facilities and Engineering work flow through escorting and supervising contractors/vendors, performing equipment moves, handling equipment deliveries, transferring equipment/materials between offsite storage, and other tasks as assigned\n\nPerform corrective maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize equipment downtime.\n\nFollow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and cGMP requirements when documenting maintenance activities.\n\nSupport equipment purchases such as uncrating, moving, installing, and connecting required plant utilities to the point of use\n\nTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process equipment failures.\n\nWork may include systems repairs/modifications encompassing HVAC, VFD’s, piping/plumbing, lighting, flooring, drywall, grounds, painting, and other areas that are not noted\n\nEnsure all maintenance activities are performed safely and in accordance with OSHA, environmental, and company safety requirements.\n\nSupport shutdown activities, equipment relocations, facility projects, and capital improvement initiatives.\n\nParticipate in the on-call rotation to support manufacturing and facility operations outside normal business hours.\n\nMaintain F&E owned areas and ability to perform work in accordance with site expectations and pharmaceutical industry standards\n\nQualifications\n1-3 years minimum experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, research, or equivalent highly regulated environment.\n\nSupported maintenance activities within utility areas, labs, and classified cleanrooms with following gowning procedures and safety protocols\n\nSupporting electrical/mechanical/facility installation projects\n\nExperience with BMS/EMS systems\n\nExperience using CMMS systems such as Blue Mountain, Maximo, Qualer, or equivalent\n\nStrong electrical and mechanical capabilities/aptitude\n\nWork collaboratively and productively across multiple site departments\n\nAssociate degree in Mechanical Technology,
