# Materials Coordinator I/II

The Materials Control Coordinator II is responsible for receiving, shipping, stocking and distributing material, equipment, and products, documenting daily warehouse operations and material flow in a cGMP environment. Responsibilities Support and work within the Quality Management System. Comply with all documentation needs, practices and Standard Operating Procedures. Perform timely and accurate data entry in Enterprise Resource System (ERP) for material transactions. Perform receipt of incoming materials. Check materials received against specifications, vendor shipping documents and purchase orders for accuracy. Accurately maintain all receiving documentation to comply with internal procedures and or SOPs. Follow best practices related to the systems and process that support material inventory, purchasing, and material control. Provide recommendations for improvement. Work with Purchasing and Accounts Payable to resolve any supplier invoice issues or discrepancies. Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control personnel, ensuring timely testing and release of materials. Conduct cycle counts and wall-to-wall counts as needed.
