Our innovative approach integrates consulting, managed services, and our ComplianceAlpha® technology platform with the specialized expertise of former regulators and practitioners and our deep understanding of the global regulatory landscape.\nPosition Summary:\nThe individual in this position is responsible for processing vendor invoices, travel and entertainment expense reports and check requests in an accurate, complete, and timely manner to support the financial reporting deadlines.\nJob Duties:\nReview vendor invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to entering in the Company’s accounting system\nReview all travel and entertainment expense reports that have been submitted by employees ensuring that they follow the Company’s travel policy, are supported with receipts, are charged to the appropriate account, project and task codes, and that the expense amount is reasonable.\nCommunicate any adjustments to expense items to the employee and/or work directly with the employee to make the appropriate corrections.\nProcess check requests via banking Bill Pay portal\nAudit and process monthly recurring bills\nMaintain daily credit card upload into the company’s accounting system and perform month end reconciliations\nRespond to incoming inquiries to the Accounts Payable and Expense Report email boxes\nReconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.\nMaintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices\nEducation, Experience and Skills:\nRequired Education and Experience\nHigh school diploma required, college courses in accounting preferred\nMinimum of 3-5 years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience\nPreferred Education and Experience\nCollege courses in accounting preferred\nExperience with Workday accounting system a plus\nExperience working with a multi-entity, global company\nRequired Skills and Attributes\nA self-starter and who has a professional attitude.\nDemonstrated professional integrity.\nDependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing needs.\nAbility to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment.\nAbility to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively.\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and suppliers.\nHighly motivated and goal oriented; proactive in one’s own education and career progression; volunteers for and shows initiative on both internal and external projects and tasks.\nDedicated to upholding ACA’s high-quality standards and customer service focus.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nProficient with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet.\nWhat working at ACA offers:\nWe offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.
