Our innovative approach integrates consulting, managed services, and our ComplianceAlpha® technology platform with the specialized expertise of former regulators and practitioners and our deep understanding of the global regulatory landscape.\nPosition Summary:\nThis is a key role in the growing ACA Pune Capability Centre, with ownership of the AP function, The AP Manager will manage the accounts payable day to day operations of a new and growing accounts payable services operation in Pune, India.\nJob Duties:\nSupervise & lead the Accounts Payable function\nManage day-to-day accounts payable operations including processes and procedures\nPerform first level review of work performed by the team members and ensure high-quality deliverables\nProcess all settlement/payment batches in Workday\nTo ensure that the Invoices received by the team are processed within agreed SLAs\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders and handle escalations \nEnsure adequate support provided to the team members\nAd Hoc projects and tasks as required\nMaintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices\nTo demonstrate Problem Solving capabilities in resolving issues and providing Solutions for AP processes\nRisk Management / Prioritization\nContinually develop the evolving & dynamic function, focusing on improving the engagement and efficiency of the team\nReport pre-established KPIs to Global Controller\nDocumentations to be reviewed and updated on regular basis\nIdentify Process Training needs and schedule training sessions\nIdentify key areas of improvements\nEducation Experience and Skills\nRequired Education and Experience\n1. High school diploma required, college courses in accounting preferred\n2. Minimum of 10+ years relevant experience in Accounts Payable\nPreferred Education and Experience\n1. College courses in accounting preferred\n2. Experience with Workday accounting system a plus\n3. Experience working with a multi-entity, global company\n4. Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize invoice processing, payment workflows, exception management, and reporting.\nRequired Skills and Attributes\n1.
