As the Salesforce Administrator, you will drive process automation and manage our Salesforce.com platform. You'll be expected to manage configuration, administration, user support, and SFDC integration with other applications. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with functional leaders, various organizational units, and subject matter experts to co-create processes and frameworks to help our sales organization run effectively and efficiently.\nKey Responsibilities\nResponsible for the overall configuration, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform\nConfigure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc.\nMaintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc.\nEstablish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.\nPropose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality and translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency\nManage data imports, database de-duping, and cleanup\nManage the integration of applications connected to Salesforce.com.\nCreating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards\nIdentify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes\nConducts self in a professional manner.\nResponsible for reporting to senior management, including any potential or perceived violations of applicable laws, rules or Company policies\nOther tasks, special projects and duties as assigned.\nQualifications (Personal, Educational, Experience)\n5+ years of experience working with SFDC as an Administrator\nFamiliarity with Salesforce Lightning UI\nSalesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified; Salesforce App Builder or Salesforce Platform Developer Certifications are a plus.\nFamiliarity with Apex triggers\nFamiliarity with supporting integrations, including proprietary systems.\nFamiliarity with creating and maintaining declarative automation.\nFamiliarity with using, configuring, and supporting custom and standard objects\nOutstanding communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with both a technical and non-technical audience\nAbility to evaluate and solve complex problems and issues.\nAbility to create and understand technical and operational documentation\nExperience with HubSpot, Financial Force PSA, SpringCMis a plus\nWhat we look for\n\nWe are interested in innovative technology professionals with strong vision and a desire to stay on top of trends in the industry.
