Databricks Tech Lead

What will you do as a Data Bricks Tech Lead at ACA Group?

• You define best practices, standards and architecture for Databricks projects
• You build and grow a team of Data Engineers through coaching and knowledge sharing
• You design scalable data pipelines and Lakehouse solutions
• You ensure data quality, security and performance across projects
• You act as a strategic advisor to clients on Databricks and data platforms
• You take end-to-end responsibility for data solutions (ETL/ELT)
• You help build and scale the Databricks Competence Center

Which skills do you need?

• You have strong expertise in SQL and Python within data environments
• You have experience with Data Warehousing and Lakehouse architectures
• You have hands-on experience with Databricks (2-3 years minimum)
• You have strong knowledge of Azure (Storage, Key Vault, Function Apps)
• You have at least 5 years of experience in data roles (senior level)
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• You are analytical, pragmatic and experienced in coaching teams
