This individual will play a key role in shaping technical solutions, influencing platform architecture, and driving innovation across ACA's Research Compliance Solutions platform.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend services supporting AI-powered compliance workflows, transcription, search, analytics, and user-facing applications\nBuild and enhance modern web applications using React and TypeScript\nDevelop and maintain REST APIs and microservices architecture supporting platform integrations and data pipelines\nBuild, deploy, and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes\nDevelop and maintain AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code practices, including AWS CDK\nPartner with Product, Compliance, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative platform capabilities\nDesign and optimize data storage solutions using PostgreSQL and related technologies\nCreate and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and efficient software delivery\nContribute to automated testing and quality engineering practices using technologies such as Selenium, Playwright, and TypeScript-based automation frameworks\nTroubleshoot production issues and drive platform scalability, reliability, and performance improvements\nParticipate in architectural discussions and contribute to the future direction of the Research Compliance Solutions platform\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and help drive architecture and design decisions across the platform\nTo Qualify for the Role, You Must Have\nStrong professional experience developing applications with Python\nExperience building modern web applications using React and TypeScript\nExperience developing and supporting microservices-based architectures\nHands-on experience with Docker and containerized application development\nExperience deploying and supporting applications in AWS cloud environments\nExperience working with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms\nStrong knowledge of API design and development\nExperience working with relational databases, including PostgreSQL\nExperience designing scalable software solutions, APIs, and distributed systems in a cloud-native environment\nStrong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills\nExperience working within Agile software
