The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in software development and a proven track record in an agile work environment. This role requires a commitment to writing code, creating unit tests, conducting peer reviews, and developing comprehensive reports.\nJob Duties\nDesign, develop, and maintain applications on the Salesforce platform, including Certinia.\nEmbrace agile methodologies, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nRequired Skills and Attributes\nStrong hands-on experience with Apex (classes, triggers, batch/queueable jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.\nExperience with REST/SOAP API integrations connecting Salesforce to third-party systems.\nSolid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), and governor limits.\nExperience with sandbox management and deployment practices using tools such as Gearset or Copado.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce developer tooling (e.g., VS Code with Salesforce Extensions, Developer Console, Workbench, Salesforce Inspector)\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, owning projects end-to-end with minimal direction.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging directly with business Stakeholders.\nTakes accountability for commitments and consistently delivers quality work on time.\nRequired Licenses and Certification(s)\nSalesforce Platform Developer I\nPreferred Licenses and Certification(s)\nSalesforce Platform Developer II\nACA Equal Opportunity Employer Statement\nACA is an equal opportunity employer.
